Training

There is a wealth of information regarding running already on the internet, much of which can be accessed for free, and some of which is linked from our Links page. This page, and subsequently its own links, will house information related exclusively to our runs around Lincoln; we may also include our own training plans for 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon races.

As a club we have now subscribed to the Good Run Guide, a UK wide running training website and will often link to runs registered within that site. Here’s one I created earlier…
